QUE LLEVAR

En inglés, perfecto, práctico, dispuesto por el Colegio de Wimbledom para su grupo.Nos ayuda a hacernos cargo de lo que necesitamos...
WHAT TO TAKE·

Back Pack or lightweight bag. - 70 to 90 litre (roughly around 18kg’s when full)· Money Wallet- Passport- Money and/or Travellers Cheques (Max £300 in £s, US$s or Euros – you will get a better exchange rate for cash)- photocopies of all documents (we will keep separately)· Stationery- Notepad/Diary/Travel Journal- Writing Pen(s)- A5 clear document wallet· Toiletries Bag- Toothpaste- Soap (in a container)- Tooth brush- Deodorant (roll-on or stick)- Shampoo- Toilet paper ( can also be bought locally)- Nail Clippers/scissors – make sure these are put into the hold not your carry on bag.- Comb- Razors- Shaving cream (tube)- Antiseptic Hand Wash- Travel Wash (although you can buy washing powder in small sachets in Manvi)- Travel Mirror- Women will also need a supply of sanitary products as these are not readily available.· First Aid Kit (personal) …… we will be bringing a kit for the group- Band-aids and patchesAntiseptic cream (small)- Wet wipes- Good supply of treatment for any pre-existing condition.- Mosquito Repellent (50% Deet or stronger) and bite cream- Mosquito net ( free standing is best)- Throat Lozenges – (Dust causes sore throat and cold type symptoms)- Cold relief- Imodium- Rehydration salts ( 2 packs)- Paracetamol / asprinSun Cream (factor 15+) and After Sun ClothesDo’s- Bring light weight fast drying clothes- Make sure they are comfortable- Make sure they are older clothes that you don’t mind throwing away at the end of the trip.


Don’ts- Designer clothes with outstanding logos- Avoid heavy woollen clothes and jeans.- Swim/beach style shorts

SI Hat with brim- Sunglasses- Towel (easy dry)- Sleeping Bag Liner- Sleep mattress. (Optional)- Spray Jacket (Light weight breathable – optional but it does rain!)- Boots/ tough trainers (see notes)- Sandals / flip flops- Zip-off trousers/ skirts mid calf to ankle length- T-Shirts (More than two preferably with collar for work). No strappy tops or midriff exposing t-shirts for women.- One smart outfit – this can be bought in India- Medium weight shorts ( Females may not wear shorts but longish cropped trousers are ok)- Underwear- Socks (thick + designed for warm climate to wear with boots)- draw string bags (to keep washing and worn clothing in)- Long sleeve light weight top/fleece or fleece blanket(It can be cool when we are travelling at night)- Travel pillow (for the train and long journies)- Torch (Extra set of batteries. A head torch is most useful.)- Hard wearing work gloves, one or two pairs – they get wet, muddy or lost)- Safety goggles ( from a DIY store)its very dusty and there can be a lot of brick dust- Water bottleN.B Boots Should be hard wearing and water-resistant. They are necessary to protect your toes when digging or carrying. They should be comfortable and worn in before you go. They do not necessarily need to be the most expensive nor do they need to be the ankle high variety. It’s a good idea to wear them on the flight out as it makes room in your rucksack.
